Help manage and oversee high end residential home projects from start to finish. Mostly spec building but some client builds. Set up and coordinate all consultants (architect, engineers, reports, etc.) and documentation for permitting, put together estimates for entire project costs, schedule and coordinate all sub-contractors, select and purchase/coordinate delivery and install all finish products (cabinetry, tile, slabs, lighting, flooring, cabinet hardware, paint, plumbing trim, etc.), CAD detail drawings, and work with real estate agents to market the finished product. I have also subdivided several properties, and gotten a PUD approved and selected all finish items for the units.

Project Manager for High End Residential Developer in the South Bay. Manage the initial design, coordination of consultants, and submittals to all governmental agencies for Planning, Building, Public Works, etc. approvals. I pull all the permits for the projects. Coordinate with PG&E and local water and sewer agencies to get in contract and perform the work. Send all projects out to bid for every trade to construct the high end homes, get the subcontractors in contract, create and manage the schedule, and review all invoices before passing along to accounting. Select all rough and finish fixtures for the entire home (standard homes we build and design range from 3,500 SF- 9,000 SF). Includes doing take offs, ordering, managing, and coordinating delivery of all finishes to the jobsite in a timely manner. Thorough job walks from start to end to oversee the construction and final finished product. Coordination with Real Estate agents to get the homes on the market, and coordination with buyers to oversee the warranty work and misc. requests. I have managed and coordinated creating subdivisions and PUD's as well.

Oversaw the review of submittals, RFI's, schedules, and pay applications. Also acted as Designer/Construction Manager/Scheduled Contractors for smaller school projects, such as District Office Remodels, updated classrooms, etc.

Project Manager for architecture firm specializing in new school construction as well as modernizations. Designed new buildings for schools all over the North Bay and Peninsula. Dealt with approval from DSA (Division of State Architect). Also acted as the Project Manager for the Construction for some School Districts, and oversaw the review of submittals, RFI's, schedules, and pay applications.
