Developed strategic plans for the contact lens category, specifically focusing on 2020, through customer data and industry research as well as innovative brainstorming. Supported the Category team (Contacts, Lenses, and Insurance) with run-the-business tasks as well as long-term backend improvements. Created content briefs for TargetOptical.com that support contact lens wearers in their understanding of the product and which aligns with the Target Optical personas. Invited to continue working part-time throughout the school year.

Trained by La Terza head roasters. Crafted drinks and sold coffee beans and equipment at the roasterie as well as multiple weekly farmers markets. Interacted with coffee lovers through the "Roasterie Tour" and coffee classes.

Researched and developed content for a new coffee accelerator course that will be offered to clients and wholesale accounts with the intention of increasing the success and profitability of coffee shops. Course topics ranged from business basics, such as small business legal practices and "Start with WHY", to coffee shop necessities, including start-up checklist. At the end of the project, coordinated and led in-person pilot course with 14 participants. The Course is currently being adapted to an online format and sold at Coffee Shop events and expos for more than $1,000.
