Instrumental in creating a system of production samples, specification references, color/fabric keys, to aid the process of construction.Before taking the position of Contract Operations Manager, the defect rate on product received from our subcontractor was as high as 15% to 20%. I have brought that percentage down to 1.5 % since taking the position (below the target of 2% set as a reach goal). I have done this through close oversight, attention to detail, as well as my ability to think critically about potential issues before they arise. I have developed close relationships built on trust, transparency and support with all partners included in the manufacturing and development process. These relationships span from the sewers, fabric cutters, as well as the design and marketing team. I bridge the gap.
