This experience ignited a passion within me for understanding what makes us tick, the importance of knowing what's truly important to us, and the ways we hold ourselves back. Spending time in a work environment that enabled me to soar both personally and professionally also ignited a passion to make this the norm.Over 15 years living abroad, I had the opportunity to experience diversity in life and work in countries such as Singapore, the United Kingdom, Sri Lanka, The People’s Republic of China, New Zealand, and Azerbaijan. Teaching and leading in quality international schools with over 50 student nationalities represented and meeting people from all walks of life gave me a unique perspective on life and allowed me to understand what truly drives success AND happiness.
