I work diligently to identify qualified candidates for clients by sourcing various talent acquisition platforms to find the perfect match - keeping both the client AND candidate in mind.I also get the privilege to coach job seekers in the Denver area by reviewing resumes, discussing search tactics and preparing for interviews.

Supported 60 stores across 10 states in HR related matters including staff recruitment and retention, employee relations and investigations, HR policies and procedures, , leaves of absence programs, and document maintenance. Worked with HR Manager, Regional VP and District Managers to support and leverage strategic partnerships to better serve the business.

Works with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; assists in process improvement and change management. Works with DM to assist with recruiting top talent and employee development. Manage LOA programs; handles workplace issues including investigations and performance management. Manage HR Assistant to ensure overall departmental success.

Fulfilled a broad range of administrative HR functions, including data entry for new employees, employee changes and terminations, filtering and answering general employee questions, examining I-9 records for completion and compliance and managing employee records.
