As a chiropractic assistant my responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule new and existing patients, verify insurance, able to have knowledge on insurance billing and medical coding as well as knowledge on rehabilitation. Marketing is also done as well as working closely with local attorneys.

Some of my responsibilities included: scheduling for the cafe and front desk staff, inventory for the cafe as well as the inventory sold in the front lobby ( supplements, apparel etc.) knowledge of all supplements, gym memberships, nutritional information and chiro therapy certified. Invoices, marketing, reports, and payroll were also performed on a daily basis.
