Responsible for following lesson plans left by teacher and ensuring students complete all assigned tasks, managing classroom behavior, assisting in creating a safe learning environment where all students can develop their full potential and experience growth, establishing effective communication with students, colleagues, and parents, identifying and working with students to support their needs on an individual and/or small group basis, and creating reports to inform permanent teacher of student success.
