Working as a branch office assistant for Diamond Group Wealth Advisors both in a physical and remote capacity has afforded me the opportunity to earn trust as a reliable assistant capable of completing specified tasks such as CRM data entry, filing, mailers, promotional campaigns, and live event coordination within deadlines and to high standards.

I grew up in the age of social media which led me to find this job as a social media liaison for Bass Lessons Unlimited. Helping grow the business online by creating content, scheduling posts, and gathering data are just some of the day-to-day tasks.

Over the pandemic, I picked up crocheting and fell in love with fiber arts. Through this newfound interest, I started my own Etsy shop, NBFDCreations. In doing so I learned many valuable skills working for myself, managing my schedule, calculating expenses, keeping track of customer orders and fulfillment, and organizing my workspace from home.

As a fine dining server and hostess, I had the opportunity to hone my communication skills and further refine my customer service. In my time at Chart House, I earned added responsibility as a store opener, cocktail server, and administrative assistant in the form of a receptionist.

As a server, busser, cashier, barista, and salesperson, I utilized my communication and customer service skills to support this well-known family-owned restaurant and bakery. One of the most rewarding parts of my time at Café Attila was connecting with regulars. I learned that building a rapport by memorizing their names and orders not only made them feel special but also strengthened the sense of community and made my work more fulfilling. I was able to utilize multitasking techniques to balance in-person customer needs, kitchen demands, and phone calls. As a result, I learned to keep calm and composed in high-stress situations.

The Habit Burger Grill was where I first learned the value of effective communication and customer service skills. Developing multitasking abilities by juggling front-of-house and back-of-house communications, and being the middleman between the customer and the kitchen staff I learned how to keep a level head even during peak hours. A couple of months in, I was trusted with opening and closing the front of the store. After only six months of employment, I was offered the opportunity to train employees at various Habit Burger locations. In my time at Habit Burger, I was able to recruit many loyal and successful employees.
