During her 5 years with TEDxMileHigh, she tripled their staff and the organization experienced tremendous growth in the online viewership of their talks to over 45 million views, spreading accessibility to ideas of diverse voices in Colorado, with 10,000 attendees yearly at their local events. Nicole also worked for the White House under the Obama Administration as an Advance Associate for the President. In this role, her team partnered with Secret Service and local stakeholders to create seamless events to communicate the White House message as President Obama traveled domestically.Nicole has consulted for entrepreneurs, social impact ventures, PR agencies, creative agencies, faith communities, and many women-owned businesses in Colorado and nationwide.
