I have consistently met owners' budgets, improved operations, and enhanced tenant satisfaction. I have earned a reputation in the industry for my strong work ethic, real estate acumen, and unique eye for space planning in creative ways. My experience includes portfolio and property management, operations, leasing, budgets, construction, and owner and tenant relations, as well as workplace strategy.I discovered my passion for the real estate industry when I took charge of operations for 2,000 apartments in San Francisco for a private real estate firm. With a background in sports management, I quickly got up to speed in managing the many parts of portfolio properties and prioritizing the interests of various stakeholders.Since then, I have been involved in the success of prime properties. I have managed several capital and tenant improvement projects, as well as opened new business opportunities for retail, hospitality, and office construction from the ground up for a design-build contractor. At Cushman & Wakefield, I managed all aspects of a 250,000 sq. ft. retail portfolio in downtown San Francisco. I worked with our joint venture owner to reposition the prime asset to meet market demand, and we achieved a major win with the inclusion of a Farmer's Market. I then joined Westfield to manage the 1.4 million sq. ft., Tier-1 flagship retail shopping center and a 400,000 sq. ft. Class A & B office portfolio. I optimized occupancy and profitability for both owners and tenants. Most recently, I joined Columbia Property Trust to manage a portfolio of 400,000 sq. ft. Class A office building and multimillion-dollar budget, while overseeing an extensive cross-functional team.
