I then joined Westfield to manage the 1.4 million sq. ft., Tier-1 flagship retail shopping center and a 400,000 sq. ft. Class A & B office portfolio. I optimized occupancy and profitability for both owners and tenants. Most recently, I joined Columbia Property Trust to manage a portfolio of 400,000 sq. ft. Class A office building and multimillion-dollar budget, while overseeing an extensive cross-functional team.
