Currently I am the Credit and Collections Manager for Puget Sound Energy. I'm responsible for the company’s credit and collections processes and procedures, accounts receivables, revenue management, and APUA (Accumulated Provisions Uncollectable Accounts). I have recently joined a new team within Puget Sound Energy which is the Revenue Management and Collections Team. My department will facilitate communications and ownership of the company’s revenue. Along with the responsibility for overseeing, managing and reporting our end to end process for meter to cash. We will also ensure accuracy of financial records related to Revenue, APUA, and Customer Care functions.

As an Operations Manager with Convergent Outsourcing Inc. I was responsible for managing Customer Care, Revenue Management and Receivables Management.
