• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, clients, colleagues, and hiring managers.• Assist with advertising open requisitions (15 per month) directly to potential applicants and relevant industry sites.• Collaborate with 3 teams of recruiters to guide candidates through the hiring process.• Coordinate interview and travel schedules for 30 candidates per month.• Review approvals for offers and flag any issues to Human Resources operations.• Support HR Specialists with relocation, immigration, and background check process.• Guide 30 monthly US, Canadian, and FEMA hires through the onboarding process: generate and process offer and welcome letters, manage new hire paperwork, verify I-9 documentation and address any issues raised.• Prepare new-employee files while protecting all confidential information.• Maintain relationships and assess training needs for recently hired candidates.
