As a functional nutrition specialist, I address the root causes of chronic conditions and imbalances, and design sustainable nutrition interventions that support the body's innate healing capacity.I also have a strong background in clinical nutrition and sports and exercise performance, with a master's degree in clinical nutrition and a personal trainer certification from the International Sports Sciences Association. I help clients achieve their optimal body composition, weight management, therapeutic diets, shaping, slimming, cellulite removal, water retention management, and injury prevention goals.
