I am a detail-oriented and driven Head of Finance, currently overseeing the financial operations of a group that includes Borough Engineering Services Ltd & Throgmorton Mechanical & Electrical Services Ltd. This new position is the culmination of a rewarding journey within Borough, where I’ve had the pleasure of sitting in every accounting role, gaining comprehensive hands-on experience in all aspects of finance.With 10 years of experience in accounts across a variety of sectors, I’ve developed invaluable skills in management accounting, financial analysis, and team leadership. My background includes business analytics, management accounts preparation &managing internal accounting teams.Possessing strong communication skills, I excel at building relationships both within and outside the finance department. I am adept at conveying complex financial information to non-financial colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and clarity.In addition to my professional responsibilities, I am currently enrolled in the AICPA & CIMA Financial Leadership Programme to earn my CGMA certification, further enhancing my expertise in financial & strategic management.
