Responsibilities as a Premier Service Manager include managing the day to day activities of our Premier Accounts. Facilitate all client requests; create all project work plans and execution of those work plans. Create and implement product and service maintenance standards (Service Level Agreements), device connectivity and content scheduling, technical evaluations, and risk management. Other responsibilities include accounting/billing inquiries, building operational strategies, client reporting metrics and ensuring that Mood is consistently meeting the client’s expectations.

Maintain the daily operations of a 21 room spa and facilities. Responsible for the supervision of the spa and its associates along with providing concierge duties to spa guests. Coordinate and schedule corporate groups and promotions. Work with various departments such as coordination, banquets, reservations, membership, food and beverage, sales, and marketing to organize spa related events. Oversee and schedule massage therapists/estheticians/nail and hair techs. Oversee and manage inventory of spa supplies and ordering. Coordinate and attend trainings on new product lines including: Moroccan Oil, June Jacobs, Pevonia, Phytomere, Image, Rae Cosmetics, NuFace, Clarisonic, and Epicuren. Assist the marketing department with requests for promotions and provide creative feedback as required for daily and seasonal promotions. Input new treatments into spa software.
