CurrentAt Microsoft Privacy, within the Marketing & Sales Privacy Team, I am an integral member of the Privacy Case Management and Program Operations team. My role encompasses:**Program Operations: I facilitate the seamless integration and continuous optimization of new case management tools, ensuring their flawless performance and maintenance. This is crucial for the effective execution of our privacy initiatives.**Communication Coordination: I proficiently manage the Marketing & Sales Privacy Team's mailbox and case management system. My efforts ensure the swift and accurate processing of Microsoft Marketing communications and project cases, and their proper allocation to designated Privacy managers.**Incident Response Leadership: As the Incident Response Lead for the M+S Privacy Team, I work closely with Privacy managers to address incidents promptly and document them meticulously for executive reporting.**Compliance Oversight: I oversee the compliance of Microsoft Marketing websites with GDPR standards, with a particular focus on precise cookie management to uphold the highest privacy standards.This role demands a meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining user privacy and data protection standards.
