Maintained a caseload of 16 classrooms (32 Lead and Assistant Teachers) in high poverty communities in the context of a research project aimed at improving the lives of children in NYC. Helped Lead and Assistant Teachers use formative assessment data to support children's development in math, literacy, and executive functioning. Collected implementation data and worked closely with a well-respected social research firm. Co-facilitated extensive training sessions on the Building Blocks math curriculum.

ECC710: Early Childhood Mathematics, Birth through Grade 2 (graduate level)

Worked with PDI, in partnership with the NYC Department of Education’s Division of Early Childhood Education (DECE), to develop and implement a series of professional learning opportunities for hundreds of Principals, Directors, Teachers and Paraprofessionals/Teacher Assistants from NYC’s Pre-K For All classrooms in public school and New York City Early Childhood Centers (NYCECC) on Using Data to Inform Instruction.
