At FLP Atrato Consulting I specialize in evaluating operational risks across a wide range of investment strategies and vehicles. In addition to business development for consulting services, I am an active member of F.L. Putnam’s Sustainability Committee, where I lead initiatives within the Business Ethics, and Board and Volunteer Work working groups.FLP Atrato Consulting, an independent division of F.L. Founded in 2008 and acquired by FLP in 2021, Atrato has a 15-year operating history. The practice delivers tailored alternative investment solutions through eclectic sourcing, institutional-level due diligence, and customized portfolio construction, focusing on partnerships with sophisticated wealth management platforms, RIAs, and multifamily office clients.

At Kroll I worked with alternative fund managers and organizations that allocate to fund managers. I supported Endowments, Foundations, Public and Private Pensions, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Family Offices looking to build out, upgrade, and optimize their due diligence processes for hedge funds, fund of funds, search funds, managed accounts, funds of one, crypto funds, private equity funds, and real estate and real asset fund investments. I specialized in executing due diligence projects, performing ESG due diligence reviews, and providing ongoing monitoring of fund managers and fund investments.I also worked with fund managers aiming to become more institutional in their processes and controls. Whether they were newly launched funds or long-established managers, I conducted extensive, detailed internal due diligence reviews to identify areas for improvement. I helped managers understand how their organizations compared to industry best practices and peers across all areas of their business, including fund structuring, ESG policies, counterparties, service providers, operations, cash controls, governance, compliance, portfolio valuation, BCP/IT, and cyber technology. Additionally, I provided support to remediate any areas of concern.

As the Head of Operational Due Diligence, I led the initial diligence and ongoing monitoring of both Private and Public Markets strategies.
