Nicole has had over 20 years' experience in the Australian Defence Force (ADF) as a non - commissioned and a commissioned officer and has served in the Permanent Naval Forces and Active Reserves. Nicole's core experience was Electronic Warfare and served in two HMA Ships, HMAS Canberra and HMAS Sydney. The Navy provided Nicole a terrific life, unlimited opportunities and instilled values which she holds near and dear to her. Nicole retired from the Royal Australian Navy as Lieutenant in the Intelligence Core in 2014. Nicole served in the NSW Police Force from 2002 to 2012 and managed this career whilst still serving in the Navy Reserves. Nicole retired from the NSW Police Force as Detective Senior Constable. During her tenure as a Detective Nicole studied a Bachelor in Policing and an Advanced Diploma in Public Safety. In 2020 Nicole commenced working for Services Australia in Bourke, Narrabri and as a site manager in Walgett, NSW in 2022.Nicole is an active member of Rotary and is the President of the Narrabri RSL sub-Branch.
