For over 20 years World Childhood Foundation USA’s (Childhood USA), founded by HMQ Silvia of Sweden, mission has been to inspire, promote and develop solutions to end sexual abuse, exploitation, and violence against children. A United Nations accredited NGO, Childhood USA has served over 90,000 children and their families in the United States.As Executive Director, I:-Created the Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn Whole Community Child Protection Project. -Managed a $1MM budget throughout COVID without accessing the endowment and fulfilling all project agreement obligations.-Managed and implemented the grant cycle for programs throughout the United States that provide direct and indirect services to survivors and their non-offending family members of child sexual abuse and exploitation.-Co-led the creation and supplemental updates of the Economist Intelligence Unit’s Out of the Shadows Index – Global and United States an innovative benchmarking index response to child sexual abuse and exploitation.-Created the first Youth Advisory Council and Summer Institute for Youth with participatory grants.-Creation of the Care Coin community outreach for youth throughout the United States. -Appointed as member of the State of New Jersey Taskforce on Child Abuse and Neglect.

• Deputy Executive Director of CASA of Morris and Sussex Counties.• Advise and assist the Executive Director in the operation of the CASA office and compliance with state and federal requirements• Plan, strategize, coordinate and analyze the information for the development of the 5year State plan and yearly amendments, and achievement of State Plan goals and objectives. This includes strategic planning and evaluation to determine the actions and timelines necessary to meet the 5 year state plan requirements; coordinating, compilin, and providing oversight of the collection and analysis of information/research/studies; designing and coordinating the public input component; preparing the state plan document; and guiding the effective evaluation of CASA initiatives, outcomes and achievement of goals and objectives.• Manage all team members not reporting directly to the Executive Director• Provide oversight in administration of the budget, financial reporting, forecast, audits and tax filings.• Support the Governance Committee and the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors• Responsible for all Human Resources related issues including payroll, employee benefits, employment standards and policies.• Serve as the primary relationship manager for community-based target accounts and constituents, responsible for leveraging those relationships to maximize engagement through corporate initiatives, organizational strategy, fundraising and public relations
