As the Program Manager for Pacific Blue Cross, I spearheaded the implementation and transition to a new claims system, Telus Adjudicare, for PBC national claims processing. This project impacted all operational departments at Pacific Blue Cross and included the transition of all national members to the new member portal and claims system.Participated as proposal team member for the successful bid to the MoH to provide MSP and Pharmacare Services and systems in BC. As the operational Transition Lead for PBC solutions completed the planning and development of the operational transition plan to transfer services from HIBC to PBC Solutions.

Program Manager Aeronautical Information System (AIS) ProjectsThis program included design and build of 24 x7 aeronautical information systems for use by aviation authorities around the world. Responsible for all aspects of Pegasus AIS projects including: owing the solution and gathering requirements from all customers and prospective customers to develop the product roadmap and implementation plans. Meeting with customers to elicit requirements and new functionality requests, preparing requirements documentation, use cases, proposed solutions and proposals for new work, managing multiple customer baselines, coordinating release rollouts and on-site acceptance testing and training. Project Manager BioSense and BioSpectra Projects Research projects for DRDC Valcartier to use Lidar lasers for standoff biological agent detection for defense and security purposes.
