Provide coaching support to teachers in the areas of curriculum and instruction in order to improve student performance.

Science Department Chair (2004-2012) : Facilitated the revision of curricula to ensure realistic timelines were set for each unit, Supported teachers' development of pedagogical skills, provided teachers with ongoing feedback on lesson plans and class observations, and liaised with the leadership team and parents regarding matters concerning students’ performance. Sixth Form (Grade 12) Coordinator (2012-2016): Supervised and supported eight advisory teachers; provided pastoral and academic support to students; collaborated with the senior management team, guidance counselors, and parents regarding students’ performance and conduct; co-chaired the summer internship program.

Observed classroom instruction and provided recommendations to schools’ leadership teams and teachers to effect changes and improve student attainment.
