Directed several critical business projects focusing on high-priority action plans that directly impacted clients, involved multiple business partners/stakeholders and spanned front to back office operations. Led the project team and various business units in defining scope, planning, and administering all project tasks, resources, and deliverables. Applied agile methodologies and best practices to ensure successful execution of projects to deliver scope on schedule.Key Projects:- Managed an end to end program establishing functional centers of excellence -Enabled the delivery of a key strategic initiative that optimized the operating model and generated significant dollar savings including migrating 800+ clients into a new, functionalized service model and delivering solutions to automate thousands of monthly client transactions -Established a global client onboarding team focused on working with clients through the implementation and/or conversion phase. Focus on proper account setup and other administrative tasks which involved aligning functions across the US and EMEA regions and developing several standard operating procedures -Provided strategic guidance and oversight to technology projects in support of reengineering efforts including a tool utilizing Robotics to reconcile sub-ledgers and an OCR cash processing effort- Custody platform migration: Led the platform integration program for Global Institutional Accounting (GIA) to successfully migrate $3 trillion in assets to the strategic custody platform, resulting in a cost avoidance of over 100 FTE. Planned all aspects of every client migration including but not limited to: internal and client training, access, and involvement on all client migrations working across multiple internal operations team to ensure a seamless migration.- On-site liasion to support the onboarding of a large public fund client and supporting all facets of the integration.

Managed large operations teams supporting small family offices, investment managers, public funds, and financial institution clients - Managed new business initiatives through the sales presentations to implementation of dozens of new client relationships- Maintained close partnerships with clients and their consultants to ensure the best possible and efficient service- Implemented a model to assess staffing support for different types of plan structures and asset classes; reducing headcount and led toward hiring better quality, more diverse candidates- Led the day to day accounting and net asset value (NAV) production functions (including NAV construction and validation, NAV review, dissemination and reporting activities) for non-registered fund space.
