● Establish and maintain relationships with bankers and evaluate banking services for company needs● Monitor cash investments for PFIA compliance, maintain pledged collateral, track debt requirements● Implement 1-year cash flow forecasting procedures to cross-reference budgets against actuals● Supervise cash management specialists, staff accountants, treasury analysts, and trust fund managers● Implement new journal entry and balance sheet reconciliation procedures for accountants● Improve accounting procedures for 501(c)(3) affiliate company and custodial fund assets● Analyze departmental operating procedures published to PolicyStat to align with company objectives● Prepare monthly and annual financial reporting of investments and custodial fund for board and ACFR● Provide deliverables and backup for PBC audit requests – implement GASB 84, 87, and 96 procedures

● Prepare month-end journal entries and GL reconciliations for all cash assets, payroll, and benefits● As the cash desk accountant, liaise with A/P, A/R, Payroll, Benefits, Tax Desk, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and regional controllers to code SAP deposits and journal entries● Analyze internal audit procedures to ensure SOX compliance for areas of responsibility● Provide deliverables and backup for PBC audit requests in a timely manner● Process bankruptcy and disposition transactions for company

● Create and maintain dispatching, invoicing, inventory, payroll, and accounting information systems● Design in-house database to report commissions, invoice profit margins, and sales-to-budget variances● Create, calculate, and monitor large customer estimate

● Manage 6-person office of dispatchers, customer service representatives, and office assistant● Maintain all accounting processes, sales reporting, supplies systems, and trucks and equipment● Oversee accounting system migration and two office relocations● Perform all payroll and H/R functions for staff and technicians, including training and termination● Respond to complaints and litigation issues, file/rescind liens, and ensure A+ rating with the BBB● Prepare Sales and Use Tax reports● Manage annual audit and PBC requests
