Australian Programmes Manager for the non profit global organisation Cruelty Free International.Former President of the non profit organisation Choose Cruelty Free from June 2019 to June 2021.CCF was responsible for;- Campaigning the Australian Government to end animal testing of cosmetics and household cleaning products- Educating the Australian public about animal testing and fur in fashion- Running a stringent accreditation process for brands to become certified as a cruelty free company, and listed on the official Choose Cruelty Free List. Prior to taking on the role of President, I was CCF's Director of PR & Marketing, as well as their inhouse hair and makeup artist for their campaign work. During 20 years of voluntary work for the organisation, I created numerous, high profile, advertising and CSA's cruelty free, celebrity and beauty campaigns, as well as writing articles for their Update Magazine. My skill set also included public speaking on behalf of the organisation and from December 2020 to June 2021, creating all their visual social media content .Choose Cruelty Free as a company was officially closed in Australia on June 1st 2021 and the organisation was merged into Cruelty Free International. I transitioned across into the role of Australian Programmes Manager for Cruelty Free International in order to keep working towards an end to animal testing of cosmetics, personal care and home cleaning products, not only here in Australia but on a global level.I also continue to work as a professional freelance hair and makeup artist using only vegan and cruelty free products in my work. Have over 30 years experinece working in the fashion/advertising/beauty/corporate/music and bridal industries As a side line path...
