Assist in the reconciliation of the clearing and 700 fund accounts. Process the drawdown of federal funds through GAPS. Maintain tuition and fee rates in the computer system. Extract, issue, and disburse all financial aid checks. Coordinate with the bookstore to insure accurate book charges and process payments to them. Coordinate with the residence halls on all financial aid students for payments, and collect payment from all resident hall students. Process funds for online payment plan.

Calculate student grade point averages. Enter and maintain student information for college files, assist students with transcripts, enrollment and graduation. Enter history records into the transcript file and assist with the microfilming of old records.
