About Nicole Hicks

With over a decade of experience in human services, education, and social justice, I am passionate about empowering others to become changemakers in their communities. I am a fundraiser with expertise in all aspects of donor management and institutional advancement. I hold a BA in Human Services from Northeastern University and an MA in Human Rights and Multi-Level Government from the University of Padova, where I focused on liberatory pedagogy within resistance movements.As is evident from my volunteer work and certifications, I am also passionate about DEIB in education, food access and food security, reproductive justice, prison abolition, migrant rights, and youth advocacy.Currently, I broadly support youth development and racial equity in my role as the Assistant Manager of Grants and Evaluation at Bikes Not Bombs.
