About Nicole Highlander

It has been my great pleasure and privilege to work as a marketer in the technology sector. What could be more exciting than to take complex yet helpful high-tech tools and explain to an audience through stories and images how those tools can play an essential role in improving our audience's work or life? For 18 years I served as both a salesperson and marketing professional at XP Solutions / Innovyze. In my roles there I assisted in the growth of a small, family-run company to a global corporation with over 300 employees. Often I was a one-person shop, managing all creative aspects of our marketing as well as website creation/management, multi-channel campaigns, field marketing and more. I led amazing sales and marketing professionals in the pursuit of our goals. I created and streamlined cross-departmental processes that allowed us to save time and resources including creating a product launch process, and implementing Salesforce.com and Pardot.
