Responsibilities:• Assist Account Executives (Sales Reps) with proposals, media kits, promotional packets,Media Audit reports, RFPs, competitive analysis.• Assist Account Executives (Sales Reps) with insertion orders, filling out and faxingcontracts, customer service to clients, scheduling meetings, etc.• Assist Director of Marketing and PR with mail merges for events invites, schedulinginterns to work events or cover events, proofread invites and promotionalmaterial, update PR Database, attend events etc.• Process subscriptions and single issue requests• Coordinate, process and mail all customer invoices• Oversee internship program. Hire, supervise, distribute projects, and providereferences. Plan all intern welcome events each semester. Work with collegesto publicize internship programs for recruitment• Process and manage client/vendor holiday gifts and other gifts during the year• Take minutes for all staff meetings and email staff• Handle all monthly goldmine cleanups, updates, filters, etc• Ordering office equipment and supplies as needed• Ensuring office equipment is adequately supplied and functioning• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Publisher, CFO and VP of Administration,Director of Marketing and PR, VP of Advertising and Sales Staff

ResponsibilitiesEveryday I am responsible for responding to guests needs in any way possible.AccomplishmentsI am a certified trainer at Legal Seafoods. This means I train new staff until they are able to pass a validation. To better my skills in traiing I have been to three different 'Train the Trainer' summits. I have also completed a college level wine, beer, and liqour class with Master of Wine Sandy Block. Finally, I was the representative of my entire retaurant on a Presidents Advisory Counsel for a full year. In this position I worked on a board with the president and CEO of Legal Seafoods to help better the company.Skills UsedThere are a various amount of skills required for this job. Possibly most important is having good people skills. You are put in a situation where you are interacting with diffrent types of people on a daily basis and this means one has to be constantly adapting.
