My areas of expertise include legal and procedural compliance, total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation programs, benefits and pension administration - including benefit plan design, disability management, and learning and development. My career in Human Resources spans almost 24 years of progressive roles, both at the Generalist and Director levels, and both local and national in scope. My strengths lie not only in my educational background, which includes a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management along with my Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation, but in my proven abilities as a true relationship builder and a respected Leader in Human Resources and Change Management and knowledge across the broader spectrum of the Human Resources portfolio.
