An experienced claims manager with a sound knowledge of business administration, Claims Management and leadership skills gained from many years working in the Customer Service industry. Proven track record in resolving complex claims and managing large property assessing teams. Has significant management and Business Process Improvement experience developed from managing high performing teams in an independent environment to providing excellent leadership while also coaching, mentoring and developing team members within their roles. Excellent people skills demonstrated through client relations whilst working at various levels of management. Currently managing a team of approximately 90 staff including 65 Assessors and a team of Operations staff.
