Design end-to-end MT Program from recruitment, training to development for Walmart China;Lead International Academy trainee program (recruiting, C&B, relocation, development plan) in China by representing business partners (Merchandising/Supply Chain/Marketing) with Walmart International team; Support Walmart China talent assessment and talent review;

Support clients in the end-to-end recruitment activities, including but not limited to- Partner with clients, both HR & business leaders to plan the overall hiring strategies;- Drive the back office team to search for candidates, evaluations, conduct interviews, make recommendation reports, coach interview process, etc.- Manage the interview processes and provide the talent suggestions to the clients, both HRs and business leaders- Propose the offers and negotiate the offers with candidates as well as to conduct the background check;- Maintain the relationship with candidates, HRs (HR partners, TA, HR Ops), business leaders to ensure the onboarding processes are smooth and provide coaching/suggestions to the candidates to help them adapt quickly;- Participate in the recruitment projects, such as campus hiring, massive investment hiring programs, hiring system integration, etc.- Manage the hiring channels, including website, headhunters, internal referral/transfer, RPO, etc.- Provide hiring analysis, and talent mapping reports regularly to the clients to optimize the hiring processes as well as to share the talent market status with the clients.
