I maintained a database with an average of 300 employees in an Applicant Tracking System called UltraStaff, along with conducting about 10 interviews/week with candidates to determine their needs and experience. Presented potential jobs to employees, set up interviews and made job offers. Upon acceptance of job offers, I completed the offer process by doing things like reference checks, coordinating drug screens, payroll documents ect. I also maintained an ongoing relationship with our employees that were currently working for our clients.

Answered general questions from customers about how to purchase tickets, data entry and other misc projects for management.

Daily HR support duties including data entry of employee personnel data, new hire orientation and updating internal job descriptions.
