I was the main receptionist for an office of three doctors. I scheduled patients, showed them to their rooms, took payments. I answered the phones and dealt with faxes. I helped with any insurance problems. I also started and kept up with the charts.

I was the lead MRI receptionist in the Edina location. I handled scheduling patients, making sure they were comfortable and changed and ready for their MRI. I also handled the prior authorization with the insurance companies for the MRI's and CT scans. Teamwork and keeping up with a fast paced environment were major assets in this position for me.
