Providing strategic consulting services to health and development actors in the Africa region. Leads teams of consultants to deliver various projects related to public health and development - policy development, training, strategic planning, change management, program implementation, organizational development, gender equity and diversity, and performance management. Recent clients include the World Health Organization Regional Office for Africa, Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean, The Global Fund, and the Women in Africa Initiative.

Oversaw and delivered activities that identify, develop and maintain partnerships and maximize funding for economic development and nutrition programs in rural Congo. Responsible for development of new funding strategies and partnership agreements, project design and planning. Provided advice to technical units, regional bureau and country offices to assist them to effectively manage and mobilize donor resources and develop comprehensive program plans.

Guided country strategy through leadership of 15-person monitoring and evaluation task force to complete evaluation of 800+ community development project activities, development and analysis of 2,500+ community surveys, training for 200 volunteers and community counterparts, community needs assessments - across the public health, agriculture and gender equity domains. Analyses recognized by Peace Corps Africa as regional best practices. Franklin Award recipient for creative improvements to grant policies and grant implementation. Led a bilingual media outreach team. Liaised with diverse, international partners: host nation, IGOs, NGOs, private sector, U.S. government.

Responsible for health service delivery, strategic planning, patient demand forecasting, program development for five- to 50-staff clinics receiving 91,000+ patient visits annually. Planned and oversaw opening of two new clinics and multiple service offerings. Lead customer relationship management for government health facilities in Italy, Greece and Bahrain resulting in the resolution of patient concerns through the launch of 15+ process improvement initiatives to improve patient care quality, safety, satisfaction and access. Two-time Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal recipient for identifying and implementing changes to increase organizational efficiency by improving patient access capacity and cost savings annually in health facilities in the US and abroad. Provided direct care services for Orthopedic, sports medicine rehabilitation: acute and sub-acute injuries, aftercare, injury prevention, health promotion and education, chronic pain management. Knowledge of U.S. government acquisition and contracting guidelines.

Led market research and community needs assessment for rehabilitative clinic service expansion in rural Senegal. Multidisciplinary work on business plan development, stakeholder engagement, cost analyses, supply chain, acquisitions, staffing.
