As the COO my duties helped to cover & run just about everything besides the actual recommendations to clients.

The OREIA is a non-profit organization. OREIA over a dozen individual chapters through the state of Ohio. The OREIA board is made up of representatives from each chapter. My role as Executive Assistant was in direct support of this board and its goals & duties. Real Estate Investing Education is one of OREIA's main functions. The other, more important function is to be a watchdog & influencer of Legislation in Ohio that could impact Real Estate Investors. This is done both by helping introduce or support positive legislation and lobbying against negative issues.

I was a team lead for the local branch in NE Ohio.In this role I helped facilitate agent education & training, publishing the weekly e-newsletter, and assisting the Regional Manager with other misc. duties.As a licensed Public Adjuster Agent I was a Consumer Advocate for property owners. I educated them about how their property insurance really works and reviewed their policies to help address any potential gaps in coverage. I conducted full property inspections & thoroughly documented any coverable damages. When the property owner had damage they wanted our help filing a claim for I would assist them through the process. Our goal was to get them every penny they were entitled to from their insurance company for those damages.

As the pricing coordinator I kept track of some 40,000 + items in two grocery stores. It was my responsibility to make sure everything reflected the most current, correct price. Both everyday regular prices as well as weekly sale and temporarily reduced prices. Correct pricing is one of the most important parts of the grocery business. The wrong price on just a few items could cost the company hundreds of dollars in a relatively short amount of time.

As a Chase Priority Services Advisor I dealt primarily with Chase bankers calling on behalf of their clients. High worth client calls were also often handled within the Priority Services department.
