College of Social Sciences and Humanities

I primarily advise first and second year students who wish to pursue medical school post-Brandeis. I also advise students interested in allied health professions. I am responsible for programs including our alumni mentoring program and our summer surgery program. I also manage administrative areas of Pre-Health Advising such as our website and our budget.

Administrative support for Disability Services and Support and Pre-Health Advising units.

Evaluated incoming transfer credits through crosschecking students’ previous coursework with current course catalog. Conducted degree evaluations. Advised day and evening students through course and major selection.

Re-branded North Shore’s Women’s Center, renamed Project Unity. Assisted in advising for Student Government Association, Program Council, and Queer Straight Alliance. Duties include member recruitment, event planning, communicating with students and familiarization with daily activities within the Student Life office. Other duties include, participate in departmental assessment projects, attend departmental staff meetings, communicate with faculty regarding student events, and attend work-study interviews and training sessions.
