As a formal wear specialist I maintain the primary responsibility for assisting in the volume growth of the tuxedo rental program for the company. I understand and execute the following duties in addition to being able to effectively train, coach and support store associates on all aspects of the Tuxedo Rental Program. The specific duties would include: Lead all bridal showsManage, train, and schedule bridal show teamsCommunicate upcoming events to store teamsCreate and maintain school information and contacts per storeDevelop contacts within market for grass roots effortsTravel to stores and conduct in-store and market training where neededMaintain tuxedo shop presentation/samplesUpdate training/operations manuals as neededAssist in helping store with tasks when not involved with tuxedo rentals

Assisted guests on the sales floor, customer service, inventory control, answering multi-line phone, and cash handling.
