Financial and economic consultant to the Air Force for the Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) program. Accountable for proposal reviews, evaluations and negotiations of contracts totaling $2 billion. Performs cost estimating, business case analyses, cost management and financial modeling in support of budgetary negotiations and program execution. Informs senior leadership in multiple high level reviews, business viability assessments, and conducts cost training for incoming military project officers.

Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of a multi-million dollar contract with over 50 people operating in the Middle East. Accountable for material, schedule analysis, and cost analysis on a daily basis, as well as providing in-depth analysis on program trends, budget, and estimate to complete to senior leadership. Lead on numerous international proposal efforts, which included coordinating proposal team, writing justifications, cost volume preparation, and analysis of pricing inputs.

Responsibilities included proposal development, cost estimating and analysis, government audits and negotiation support. Supported and prepared strategic cost/price proposals of significant value based on complex customer requirements. Developed winning cost estimates based on understanding company and competitor strengths and weaknesses. Integrated ideas from all teammates (management, technical, etc.) into cost model.
