She also advised regulators on competition related issues. Nicole speaks regularly in seminars and trainings on competition topics. Before founding Wen & Co a competition boutique, Nicole worked as a partner specialising in competition law at a law firm in Kuala Lumpur and played an instrumental role in many major and precedents setting competition matters.Nicole's area of practice involves regulatory compliance and corporate. She counsels local and international clients in connection with their business strategy, mergers & acquisitions exercise, joint venture, project negotiations, regulatory compliance, Anti Bribery and Corruption, risk management and contractual relationships from various industries, e.g. renewable energy, property development, medical device, construction, banking. She provides advice on all forms of commercial contracts to support clients’ day-to-day and strategic business activities. Nicole regularly conducts compliance training for clients.
