I run the Female Film Club, along with my business partner Liza. We’ve evolved quickly from each learning experience, we’re both agile and complement each other well, and I love to be able to come up with ideas, implement them, and see the difference.I asked some people what they thought about my working style and the general consensus is I get stuff done, in a non-stressy way, and seem to do a lot within a limited time. And I am definitely not afraid of a challenge!I’ve lived in many places in the world, and I have an innate understanding of different cultures. I have what you might call a mixed heritage, and I speak Hebrew, Italian, English, Spanish, French and German, all fluently. You can test me! This understanding of language helps me open doors and is very useful in the work we do building an international community. It’s this working style that has helped me a lot in the film making world which requires a lot of thinking on your feet and a definite “chilled out” attitude when working with so many different personalities in each project. And, it’s really helped in the way I run our community – the Female Film Club. It’s an online community for international female filmmakers. It is like a LinkedIn for female creatives.Generally, I have noticed that woman tend to undersell themselves, and this is the real issue I am motivated to change every day. We want our members not to be held back by self-doubt. This way, they stay on top of their game and get inspired.I am a natural connecter and genuinely love to meet people. From each encounter I learn a lot. The work I do is exciting for me, I love to be able to switch from one thing to another. It’s so dynamic and uplifting helping transform my members lives.

Co-Founder And DirectorFemale Film Club Jul 2020 - PresentI founded the Female Film Club and essentially, have been a broker in the film industry, working with other incredible women. We find amazing films to screen, and we work with sales agents, studios, and distributers. We put our members in the right rooms with the right people. My cofounder, Liza, and I had worked on a short film together, and we collaborated well and enjoyed working together. We realised that there is a real need for women to be braver and for the path to be made smoother. So, we founded the Female Film Club, FFC.Along the way, there’s the interesting business challenge – monetisation and efficiency so we can keep growing and thriving and making a difference. To empower women to stay in the film industry, we give tools and methods for creating the right connections and a strong mindset. We connect members with decision makers to read their work and listen to their pitches and to make their films come to life. I use my NLP Master Practitioner skills when coaching them individually or through the FFC events. I love to connect with new partners, and I regularly look for films and sponsors. Our aim, aside from creating that flow of inspiration to motivate people to keep going in an industry that requires tenacity, perseverance, energy and motivation – is closing deals. We take this seriously, and ask ourselves daily – what deals are we closing? For that, we’re pushing the needle on a daily basis. -
Creative ProducerLieberman Pictures Nov 2018 - PresentLondon, United KingdomI run my own production company, which I started to be able to have my own slate of films, working alongside directors and writers and other creatives. It’s a vehicle that enables me to take on and produce any films that I am myself very passionate about. One project I created is a short film (7 mins) called “Neext!” which talks about how to be able to open a new door when one door shuts. If you’d like to watch it, let me know and I’ll send you a secret link!

Vp Of Acquisitions And Business Development For The Uk And EuropeHerflix Sep 2019 - PresentLondon Area, United KingdomI met the President of Herflix, Adriana Shaw in Cannes and was so inspired by her work and her energy, I was keen to work together. It took a few months and many calls and meetings, and because she liked my energy (and how direct I) she offered me the job. My main focus was developing international connections for Herflix in Europe and Israel. This was where I learned about film distribution on a much deeper level. The partnership continues – as I have also been connecting FFC members with Herflix and getting their films on the platform. I often say “I now don’t work for Heflix I work with Herflix”Herflix and the Female Film Club are organising a party in Cannes together. Who knows, you yourself may even have the opportunity to sponsor this event – time will tell!Herflix collaborates with the biggest studios in the world and gets amazing films and content. You can find this via their website and on the US streaming platform “Roko”. -
Project ManagerMosaic Jan 2018 - May 2020LondonI was always keen about lobbying and pushing policy forwards and in this way, making a difference in the world. I joined Mosaic after meeting the COO and because I was especially interested in working to raise awareness about, and combat and eradicate human trafficking,During my time there, I worked on a variety of international wrongful conviction cases, utilising effective lobbying campaigns for release, and collaborating with NGOs and think tanks. I was able to gain unique insights into South American investigations and the nuances of judicial divergence. It really helped that I could use my language skills and various connections to move certain cases forwards.

Campaigns, Communications And Engagement ManagerHarrow Mencap Apr 2019 - Apr 2020London, United KingdomThe whole human rights industry has always been fascinating to me. I believe in equality and diversity and that neurodivergent people deserve to have the same rights as anyone else. I was always keen about lobbying and pushing policy forwards. I was also very inspired to see and work alongside people with learning disabilities – this charity is a shining example of equal opportunity. In this role, I delivered high-impact, evidence-based campaigns aimed at making a difference in policy and public perception. Additionally, I organised events and workshops to engage stakeholders effectively. One of my biggest events was about sports inclusion and was held in the Houses of Parliament with over a hundred people in attendance. I also managed the communications and engagement team. We ensured the delivery of current and professional communications through websites, newsletters, intranet, and social media platforms. Alongside these responsibilities, I handled my own administrative tasks to ensure efficient self-servicing and the timely rendition of reports. Working here really opened my eyes to what is possible with the right team and spirit. -
