 Work closely with senior management to develop China market business strategies and road map for branding, content and product innovation in alignment with the Group’s goals and business strategies. Translate Group’s goals and business strategies into actionable marketing initiatives. Develop and drive brand awareness and positioning strategies and initiatives across all target regions. Review and define the product design & innovation road map for short and long term business development across the regions Lead the teams of Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Product design to formulate and execute business plans from concepts development to delivery Initial and full execution of the yearly marketing plan budget including: ATL/BTL, CRM (traditional & digital), Visual Merchandising planning. To manage and work closely with the external agencies in market research, media and advertising to launch the new products, events and various marketing programs.  Build and develop CRM to its full capacity to monitor and enhance the understanding of customer behavior with the aim targeting the marketing effort in a more effective manner Planning, developing, implementing and evaluate marketing programs to achieve the business target and to maximize the business opportunities with the retail partners in various joint promotion programs.
