*Independently manage all aspects of all events and weddings held at the Noriega House, an indoor/outdoorvenue with a 350 person capacity* Provide day-of event coordination; ensure superior customer experience by providing logistical supportprior, during and after the event; maintain communication with vendors, clients, DJ, bartender and cateringstaff; prepare and/or serve food and drinks* Supervise a staff of 5 employees; schedule staff for event coverage* Create client and vendor contacts and invoices; record payments using Quick Books* Provide excellent customer service to all patrons over the phone, via email and in person* Utilize verbal and written communication skills in coordinating with off-site vendors to place and confirmrental orders, details and delivery times prior to all events* Supervise an intern who manages social media and blog presence for the company; market venue andservices by contributing to company’s online presence regularly* Ensure cleanliness of facilities and grounds to enhance experience of all patrons
