We aligned 4 change management recommendations with 4 strategic goals to inform best practices for committee effectiveness to promote organizational buy-in to change.

Supports Maine's Office of the Health Insurance Marketplace (OHIM) and public facing CoverME.gov, State-based health insurance marketplace platform through various health policy projects, including Broker and Maine Enrollment Assister Training Modules, LD1390 Easy Enrollment Program - Implementation Options, and Marketplace & Medicare and Marketplace & MaineCare FAQs. -Identified and implemented content & design-related areas for improvement in broker training modules by clarifying consumer points of confusion via embedded video tutorials to reduce Call Center volume during Open Enrollment Researched 5 states with legislation to enact Easy Enrollment Programs, which connects uninsured Mainers via 1095-A forms with the State-Based Marketplace, to present implementation and design recommendations.
