1) Product planning and marketing a. Understand market developments and trends of mobile broadband and wireless router devices, formulate corresponding product countermeasures. b. Collect market product requirements collection and collarrate with R&D team to conduct product planning, to ensure product strategy align with market requirement. c. Formulate and operate product merkting strategies based on product lifecycle management. d. Generate product marketing materials to support business development based on different stages of the product life cycle, including product brochure, product datasheet, product manual, website information update, sales meeting support, etc.2) Brand marketing a. Pay attention to the cutting-edge information, competing product marketing events and social media trends of communication industry, formulate brand promotion plans, improve brand awareness. b. Responsible for the planning, operation and maintenance management of global social media operation plans, including content planning, scheduling, copywriting, release execution, advertising Ad delivery strategy, user analysis, etc. c. Responsible for the marketing event planning and implementation, including global offline exhibitions, industry offline/online events, forums, conferences, etc. d. Formulate competitive marketing strategies, adjust and optimize the operation strategy of social media through regular analysis on social media operation results and submit operation reports.

1) Customer demand development a) Propose product selection or evaluate new product development to meet customer's requirement; b) Collaborate with all departments to satisfy customer demands(commercial bidding/product specifications/project delivery/project management control.etc); c) Maintain customer relationship;2) Follow-up and closed-loop management of customized PO (internal process/production/logistics/payment/customer feedback.etc), to achieve both target of customer and company;3) Monthly/quarterly work summary report on behalf of the department;4) Lead process management and communication within the organization;

1) Allot cost reduction task of procurement project and process control to ensure target achievement;2) Monitor progress of cost management, regularly submit project procurement cost analysis reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly);3)Lead discussions with Procurement’s Executive management team as well as the Business Unit’s Executive management team as required;

1) Identify risks and balance demand and supply, allocate organization resource to meet customer demand.2) Formate semiannual demand forecast plan based on regional market sales situation, project progress and order status.3) Responsible for commitment of order fulfillment based on raw material and production arrangement.
