In order to counteract this trend, together with my jobsharing partner Christina Zimmermann, we work on defining and implementing strategic solutions for the department Operations. In dialogue with society, economy, politics, and educational institutions, digitalswitzerland sets the course for a high-performing digital workforce pipeline to transform Switzerland to a leading digital nation and mitigate the skills-shortage in ICT.At digitalswitzerland, my focus was on:- Leading #herHACK, the largest female-led hackathon in Switzerland in 2022 & 2023- Co-leading "Careers in Tech", a project with a focus on career changes into ICT- Expert and moderator for topics around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

- Managing the global roll-out of a new technology solution for the Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA) process- Managing the Risk Coordinator community, e.g. independently hosting monthly community calls, providing training and practical support, onboarding new members, and promoting better risk management- Lending support in the creation and validation of the annual global ERA report for Board approval
