I focus on digital strategy and process improvement and am a lead of the internal sustainability committee, through which I have implemented office composting services and other changes to improve the sustainability of this workplace. In addition, I am responsible for tradeshow and events strategy, logistics, and execution for North American and international events.

As part of the Resolution Bioscience team, I helped manage over 10 genomic analysis studies. I tracked samples from shipment through data analysis and communicated with stakeholders to align on timelines and ensure timely reporting. Utilized Smartsheet, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office to create process improvement tools and track project metrics. Owned creation of study summary decks and contributed data analysis and visualizations for client presentations. Maintained relationships with clients and collaborated with several internal teams to ensure smooth study operations. I also worked to identify areas of improvement and establish quarterly goals along with the specific action items necessary to meet them.

I managed the development and ongoing growth of a biorepository for multiple myeloma and related diseases. I streamlined the informed consent process in order to present the study to all eligible patients being treated at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, allowing study accrual to continue during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this role I also coordinated with patients, doctors, physician assistants, and lab staff for the purpose of bone marrow sample collection and tracking, and consented patients in person and over the phone. In addition, I contributed to data entry and resolution of queries as needed for other studies within the myeloma department.

-Assisted with field research focusing on growth and development in three populations of wild vervet monkeys in South Africa-Aided PI and Veterinarian in collection of detailed anthropometric measurements, blood, fur, and microbiome samples and preparing them for storage and analysis-Contributed to the development and execution of behavioral experiments in the field; monitored location, movement, and behavior of wild vervet troops-Completed an independent research project examining the relationship between digit ratios and obesity in captive vervet monkeys. This involved performing and in-depth literature review focusing on digit ratios, fluctuating asymmetry, and development in both humans and non-human primates, and learning to perform statistical analyses with the R language.-Examinined patterns in New World monkey dental evolution in relation to feeding constraints as part of a research project funded by Boston University's Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program-Used digital calipers to collect and log detailed measurements of primate postcanine dentition from collections at the Harvard Museum of Comparative Zoology
