Provide a positive customer experience through fast, easy, and reliable service. Use CRM Software (SalesForce and X3) to document and process customer requests; including, but not limited to: scent inquiries, scent changes, scent samples, replacing equipment, tracking shipments, billing inquiries, invoice generation, payment updates, contact updates, and general account inquiries.Build relationships with internal customers to ensure external customers have a top notch experience. Assist in training newly hired representatives.Review processes to work towards system improvements.
