09/2024 - Present: I am the teaching assistant for ESCI 720/820 - Ocean Measurements, a senior and graduate level course.08/2023 - 08/2024: I was selected for an ORISE fellowship for the Marine Energy Graduate Student Research Program. I am currently developing fluid-structure interaction (FSI) models for a cross-flow turbine, hosted by Sandia National Laboratories. 01/2023 - 05/2023: I was the teaching assistant for OE 610 - Ocean Instrumentation Lab, a junior level course that introduced students to electronics and how they work in ocean sensors. I ramped up the new instructor on the lecture material and labs, assisted with the labs, graded, and held office hours. I also assisted with fulfilling ABET accreditation documents.09/2022 - 12/2022: I was the teaching assistant for ESCI 720/820 - Ocean Measurements, a senior and graduate level course on ocean sensors. My role involved assisting with lab setup, helping students work with the equipment in the lab and on the boat during field trips, and grading lab reports. 01/2022 - 05/2022: I was the main instructor for OE 610 - Ocean Instrumentation Lab, a junior level course that introduced students to electronics and how they work in ocean sensors. I developed lesson plans, lectured, managed the lab, graded, and held office hours.09/2019 - 08/2022: I conducted research on tidal turbines with flexible blades with ORPC and Sandia National Laboratory funded by the US Department of Energy.

Applied a Markov Decision Process (MDP) to reinforced learning for ship arrangement problems, and validated hydrodynamic processes on a ship model with Aegir.
