I have been with J&J Precision, Inc since 2014, starting as a Secondary Machine Operator and Inspector. In this role, I gained valuable experience in operating machinery and performing quality inspections. In 2019, I transitioned to the position of Quality Inspector, where I am responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in all incoming and in-process metal inspections. My role involves conducting detailed inspections, managing document control, and overseeing training programs. My dedication to thorough part inspections ensures that all products meet or exceed quality standards, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence.In addition to my quality inspection duties, I have also taken on the role of Marketing Representative since 2023. In this position, I manage social media platforms and create engaging content to enhance the company's online presence. I attend networking events and plan fundraising activities to promote brand awareness and build relationships. I develop content calendars and maintain website updates to ensure consistent and relevant communication with our audience.Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am actively involved in various fundraising initiatives and enjoy giving back to the community. My involvement in different fundraisers allows me to support meaningful causes and foster a sense of community engagement.
